AlfaOmegaStar was established in 2002. Our mission is to provide first quality services as Shipping Agents in the ports controlled by the Harbor Master of Guanta  Jose – Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela.

We focus all our attention to the vessels we are nominated to attend.  Our staff is hired exclusively to work full time as shipping agents  only.   In order to perform our duties, we have a very good relationship  with different local companies to support all the required services.

We understand that your main concern is to know at any given  moment how your vessel is performing. In order to accomplish that  request, our boarding clerk remains on board the vessel once it is  alongside the berth throughout the whole operation. The   communication between our office and boarding clerk is done with  trunking system or mobile phones which guarantee private and  accurate conversations at all times.

We do a follow up on all details from the moment we receive a  nomination until the D/A is completed. Round the clock contact is  kept   with Terminal, Surveyors, Port Authorities as the only possible  way of  keeping our clients fully informed – a smooth vessel’s  turnaround is  obtained.

Our staff, guided by our General Manager who has more than 25   years  experience in the shipping business, is fully motivated and   eager to achieve excellence on each port call.

When we accept a nomination we dedicate our time to fulfill all your   requirements. As a small company, we do what it is necessary and do   not waste any time in endless reports that are required within large   organizations.
